All tickets are completely flexible; names, dates and times may be transferred within the current season.
Cancellation 14 days, or more, prior to departure – 50% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure, but more than 7 days- 75% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
Cancellation 7 days or less prior to departure – 100% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
Failure to travel without notice – 100% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
Cancellation or non use of part journey – 100% cancellation fee, extreme circumstances will be considered.
Tickets are not transferable, names, dates and times may not be altered.
There is no cancellation or refund on Early Bird Tickets.

If there are fewer than 3 lifts operating at Falls Creek, due to lack of snow, two days prior to travel, you can elect to either postpone your booking to later in the current season or to the following season or cancel your booking and receive a full refund less a 25% administration fee per booking.
