TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Bookings are essential for ALL services - No Bookings, No Service.

• Payment to be made on booking.
  
  
• Cancellation 14 days, or more, prior to departure - 50% of fare refunded.
• Cancellation less than 14 days prior to departure - No refund.
• Failure to travel without notice - No Refund.
• Cancellation or non use of part journey - No Refund.
  
  
• Bookings valid for current season only and are non-transferable in any way.
• Any alterations to booking will incur a fee of $10 per amendment.
• The carriage of illegal drugs, smoking and the consumption of alcohol in the coach is NOT permitted.
  
  
• Special Conditions apply to unaccompanied children between the ages of 10 and 14. No child under 10 years of age will be carried without an adult. Please see our 'Unaccompanied Child Policy', also found on this website.
  
  
• Luggage allowance: 2 cases, 1 pair skis and boots per person.
  Extra items may incur a excess baggage charge and may be left to travel on a later coach should your coaches luggage area be full.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel, postpone or divert any services if necessary.
• Damage done to property by a passenger will be charged to the passenger.
  
  
• Travel Insurance is strongly recommended. There will be no additional refunds given for any reason.
  
  
• We do not have a 'No Snow' policy.
  
• Falls Creek Coach Service will do everything possible to ensure connections with other carriers, however connections cannot be guaranteed.
• A fuel levy will apply to all fares if the crude oil price exceeds $80/barrel.

**Please note that buses depart according to the times on the timetables. Services will not wait at airports for flights late due to fog or any other reason.
